This is a rare opportunity to own high-visibility, high-impact compliance and technology workstreams across EU Consumables ($15B+ GMS at risk). You'll operate at the intersection of regulatory strategy, product development, and process innovation, with direct exposure to L10 leadership and the autonomy to shape how Amazon navigates complex EU regulations. After 12 months, you'll walk away with deep cross-functional experience, gained tech knowledge, and a track record of delivering at scale across 10+ EU marketplaces.

Scope 1: EU Deposit Return Schemes (DRS) - Sr Product Manager
What you'll do:
• Be a key member of the Product and Tech team to launch Deposit Return Scheme for Beverages across Europe
• Own central workstreams including Takeback schemes and Cross-Border Management
• Translate complex requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), scope solutions, and deliver through Tech teams
• Drive process optimization and explore AI/automation opportunities to improve compliance workflows and vendor-facing tools

Scope 2: EU Consumables Compliance Management – Initiative Leadership
What you'll do:
• Own end-to-end regulatory compliance across 15+ regulations (e.g., GPSR, Food Information to Consumers) with $15B+ GMS at risk across EU and UK, ensuring selection continuity while maintaining compliance
• Lead a network of 7x GL SMEs and own Consumables Compliance QBRs — driving execution against regulatory deadlines with direct L10 visibility
• Reimagine how compliance is operationalized at scale — identify automation and AI opportunities to transform reactive compliance management into a proactive, self-serve experience for internal teams and vendors

You'll be the single-threaded leader for compliance across one of Amazon's most complex landscapes, with direct visibility to senior leadership. You'll shape category-wide strategy, lead a cross-organizational SME network, and directly impact customers and vendors through smarter processes and tooling.
