Join Amazon’s growing Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team as a Maintenance Supervisor at our Ravenhall, VIC site.
The Maintenance Supervisor is the shift lead for a team of up to 6 Technicians (fitters and electricians). During each shift, you'll lead the team in executing preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. You'll maintain a strong focus on safety by monitoring processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and Motivate: Supervise daily maintenance operations, coaching technicians and driving team performance
- Maximize uptime: Execute preventative maintenance programs that keep our automated equipment moving
- Champion safety: Monitor processes and promote safe working across the site
- Solve complex problems: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex facility systems and automated equipment
- Drive improvement: Identify and implement new technologies and more efficient ways of working
- Collaborate across teams: Build relationships and participate in strategic leadership meetings

Your day will be a dynamic blend of hands-on technical work and strategic leadership. You'll lead a team of technicians (fitters and electricians), troubleshoot complex equipment challenges, and develop proactive maintenance strategies that keep our cutting-edge systems performing at their peak.
