Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Windows Server environments including installation, configuration, performance tuning, patching and troubleshooting
  • Provision and manage environments (DEV, UAT, PROD) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible and AWS CloudFormation
  • Support CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance forapplication build, deployment, and release automation
  • Handle Active Directory (AD) administration including user/group management, authentication policies, and integration with enterprise applications
  • Design and implement Group Policy Objects (GPO) for security hardening, system configuration, and operational compliance
  • Support and configure ADFS setup for authentication and federation services in enterprise environments.
  • Work with AWS and Microsoft Azure for infrastructure provisioning, management, and optimization.
  • Manage SQL Server databases including installation, configuration, backup, restore, performance monitoring, and maintenance activities
  • Design and execute backup strategies and ensure successful restore testing for application and database recovery.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting solutions in cloud environments using AWS CloudWatch Agent and Azure Monitor Agent
  • Define and manage centralized log management strategy as per organizational compliance and audit requirements.
  • Perform regular OS, SQL Server, and CRM application patching to ensure security compliance and system stability
  • Configure and manage Application Gateway, WebApplication Firewall (WAF), and load balancing solutions for secure application access
  • Ensure secure architecture design with proper network segmentation, access control, and security best practices
  • Monitor infrastructure health, application performance, and system logs to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Coordinate with development, testing, and business teams for deployment activities across all environments
  • Support disaster recovery (DR) setup, testing, and validation to ensure business continuity
  • Optimize infrastructure performance, cost efficiency, and operational reliability across cloud and on-premises environments
  • Maintain documentation for architecture, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, and support processes
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members for day-to-day operations and project delivery


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM infrastructure setup, system administration, and technical support environments
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM setup, deployment, configuration, and environment management across Dev, UAT, and Production
  • Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipeline setup, and automated application deployment processes
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, IIS, SQL Server, Active Directory, networking, and cloud/on-premises infrastructure
  • Experience in backup management, disaster recovery(DR) planning, DR drill activities, and business continuity processes
  • Strong knowledge of CRM infrastructurearchitecture, application deployment, security hardening, monitoring, patching,backup, and operational support
  • Experience in troubleshooting and production support for business-critical applications and infrastructure environments
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, YAML, Terraform, or CloudFormation is preferred
  • Good understanding of release management, change management, and environment management processes
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and technical leadership skills
  • Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering stable, secure, and high-availability environments
