Project Coordinator / Junior Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Junior Infrastructure Project Manager to support the delivery of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and hardware implementation projects. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing risks, organizing meetings, and maintaining project documentation. You will work closely with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and hardware projects
• Coordinate project timelines, risks, meetings, and documentation
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure timely execution
• Track project scope, issues, risks, and milestones
• Maintain RAID logs, project reports, and meeting minutes
• Support multiple concurrent projects effectively

Pre-Sales& Project Planning

• Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales Solution Architects during proposal stages
• Assist in preparing: Tender responses, Statements of Work (SOW), Project plans and roadmaps, Effort estimations and Project organization charts

Project Management Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of project coordination or junior project management experience
• Exposure to infrastructure, networking, server, or cloud implementation projects
• Basic understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Stakeholder& Client Management

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership
  (including C-level clients)
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times: Engage clients in a courteous and professional manner, Communicate clearly and build strong relationships, Demonstrate confidence and professionalism and Resolve client issues effectively and promptly

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Certifications (mandatory): PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM / Agile certification and ITIL Foundation

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years of project management experience, primarily in: Infrastructure, Hardware, Networking, Cloud / Security systems and Experience within System Integrators (SI), consulting firms, or technology vendors is highly preferred

Technical Exposure (Any of the following)

Cloud /IaaS Projects:

• AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud
• Red Hat, Snowflake
• On premises to cloud migration

On-Premises Infrastructure:

• Data centers, virtualization, hyper-converged systems (Nutanix, VMware)

Infrastructure Technologies:

• Windows, Linux, storage, networking, firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi
• End-user devices, servers, backup solutions
• Observability, system management, security, tech refresh projects

Vendors /Tools:

• Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point
• Dell, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Huawei, IBM, Lenovo
• Veeam, Dynatrace, SolarWinds
• CyberArk, Aqua Security
• Terraform, Ansible, Kong, ROSA
