Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, and systems integration projects. This role is responsible for managing project scope, budgets, risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring successful delivery across multiple enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure, cloud, and security projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, risks, quality, and escalations
• Deliver projects across multiple enterprise clients and environments
• Oversee multi-vendor coordination and multi-project delivery concurrently
• Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels

Project Management Expertise

• 8–15 years of project management experience, preferably within SI, consulting, or technology vendor environments
• Strong experience in: Cloud migration and transformation, Infrastructure modernization, Data center projects, Security implementations and Proven track record managing complex, multi-vendor engagements

Project Management Best Practices

• Strong governance experience across Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• Expertise in budget management, financial tracking, and reporting
• Strong capabilities in: Risk and issue management, Change request control, Escalation handling and Stakeholder management

Pre-Sales & Solution Engagement

• Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams during proposal and tender stages
• Lead development of: Statements of Work (SOW), Project plans and roadmaps, Effort estimations and Governance frameworks and project structures

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives
• Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach: Build strong client relationships through clear and confident communication, Demonstrate professionalism and credibility in all client interactions and Address client needs proactively and resolves issues efficiently

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Certifications (mandatory): PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM or equivalent Agile certification and ITIL Foundation

Experience Requirements

• 8–15 years of project management experience, primarily in: Infrastructure, Hardware, Networking, Cloud / Security systems, Strong background working in SI, consulting, or technology vendor environments

Technical Exposure (One or More Areas)

Cloud /IaaS:

• AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud
• Red Hat, Snowflake
• On premises to cloud migration

On-Premises Infrastructure:

• Data centers, virtualization, hyper-converged solutions (Nutanix, VMware)

Infrastructure Technologies:

• Windows, Linux, storage, networking, firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi
• End-user computing, servers, backup, observability, and system management
• Security and technology refresh initiatives

Tools& Vendors:
