Job Summary:

Primary Role Summary

The Manager, Infrastructure – End‑User Services (APAC) is accountable for the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of end‑user services across the Asia Pacific region. This role oversees

endpoint technologies and operations—including PC lifecycle management, Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Management, printers/MFDs, meeting room devices, software distribution, identity and access management, digital employee experience, mobility services—ensuring secure, reliable, and cost‑effective services with high customer satisfaction. You will lead a multi-country team, manage outsourced partners, and implement standardized processes, automation, and governance aligned to global standards.

Secondary Role: Service Delivery Manager & Crisis Manager

In addition to the primary responsibilities, this role will also serve as Service Delivery Manager for Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar and Oceania, and act as Crisis Manager for

handling escalations and major incidents from those countries.

  • Oversee day-to-day IT service delivery for Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar and Oceania, ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational excellence.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and service disruptions within these regions.
  • Lead crisis management efforts, including coordination of technical teams, communication with stakeholders, and execution of recovery plans.
  • Develop and maintain crisis response playbooks and escalation protocols for high-severity incidents.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures to reduce recurrence of major outages.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment on service delivery standards and crisis management frameworks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute APAC end‑user services and technology strategy aligned with global standards.
  • Own PC lifecycle (and its peripherals), Microsoft 365, Intune, printers, and meeting room technologies.
  • Manage identity and access management services, software distribution and its license management, ticketing tool
  • Lead regional service desk and field services with ITIL practices.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and compliance across APAC.
  • Drive automation, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 10–15+ years in end‑user services with 5+ years leading regional teams.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Intune, M365, endpoint security, and meeting room tech.
  • Strong ITIL knowledge, vendor management, and budget ownership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred/Bonus:

  • Microsoft certifications (M365, Intune, Azure).
  • Experience with Zero Trust frameworks and automation scripting.
  • Familiarity with regional compliance requirements.

Travel & Work Conditions:

  • Regional travel up to 20–30%.
  • Supports hybrid work; occasional off‑hours for changes or incidents.

Budget: Up to $10k/mth
