- 5+ Years
- Experience in banking or financial services, preferably in Payments, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Core Banking.
- Understanding of ISO 20022 and its implications for payment messages, data requirements, operating processes, and business transformation.
- Understanding of Finastra GPP, or experience supporting payment system implementation, modernization, business design, or requirements analysis using GPP.
- Experience in payments system modernization, Payment Hub implementation, ISO 20022 adoption, domestic transfer modernization, or payments operations transformation.
- Experience in business requirements definition, Fit-Gap analysis, target-state process design, issue management, UAT support, and business migration support.
- Experience leading client workshops, business interviews, stakeholder coordination, and consensus building.
- Strong ability to create client-facing deliverables, executive materials, and project management documents using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Structured problem-solving skills, strong issue management capability, and effective client communication skills.
