Responsibilities:

• Identify automation opportunities across business functions.
• Gather and clarify business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical design documentation.
• Map workflows and processes to highlight optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with automation developers and business users to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support UAT planning, testing, issue resolution, and go‑live activities.
• Track automation performance metrics such as time savings and error reduction.
• Maintain solution documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
• Promote user adoption and support change management efforts.
• Support AI‑driven document automation involving purchase orders, invoices, logistics documents, and related items.
• Develop workflow automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud).
• Build user‑friendly business applications with Power Apps.
• Implement document automation solutions using AI Builder or OCR tools.
• Support SharePoint and Microsoft Lists workflow solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and production issues.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in business systems, automation, or digital transformation.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
• Basic understanding of data structures such as Excel, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• Experience with AI Builder, OCR, or other document processing tools is an added advantage.
