Outsystems Developer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•        Assist in designing and developingweb and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform to support variousbusiness processes and service delivery requirements.

•        Work closely with product teams,business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements andtranslate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

•        Design, develop, and deploy userinterfaces, workflows, and integrations for business operations and servicedelivery purposes.

•        Support the building of applicationintegrations that connect multiple platforms and external systems.

•        Help maintain applicationarchitecture and infrastructure to support operational, reporting, andanalytical workloads across the ecosystem.

•        Implement application testing,validation, and optimisation processes to ensure application quality andperformance.

•        Monitor applications and systems toidentify potential issues and performance bottlenecks.

•        Support the maintenance of OutSystemsapplications supporting digital products.

•        Assist in troubleshooting andresolving application-related issues.

•        Create and maintain documentation ofapplication development processes and system configurations.

QUALIFICATIONS &SKILLS

•        Relevant educational qualification inComputer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or relatedtechnical fields.

•        3–5 years of experience in OutSystemssolution delivery.

•        Experience delivering applications inpublic sector projects is preferred.

•        OutSystems-related certifications arepreferred.

•        Understanding of applicationarchitecture and design patterns within OutSystems.

•        Proficiency in OutSystemsdevelopment, including web services integration and API development conceptsand processes.

•        Knowledge of database systems, bothrelational and non-relational, and their query languages.

•        Familiarity with AWS cloud servicessuch as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

•        Understanding of applicationsecurity, access controls, and logging.

•        Exposure to version control systemssuch as Git and CI/CD practices.
