What You’ll Do
- Provide L2 support for production/staging systems; handleL1 escalations
- Investigate errors, alerts, performance issues &integration failures
- Perform deep‑dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Work with L3, DevOps & vendors to resolve complex issues
- Monitor dashboards/logs; execute patches, fixes &config changes
- Support deployments, releases & maintenance activities
- Improve runbooks, SOPs & automation for operations
- Ensure security, compliance & proper incident documentation
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years in application/system support (mission‑critical environments)
- Strong in log analysis & monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK)
- Comfortable with Linux/Unix
- Working knowledge of AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS)
- Basic SQL (MySQL/Postgres) + understanding of REST APIs
