QA/ QC Assistant

Basic information:

• Mon to Fri, 830am - 530pm
• Location: East
• Salary UP $3k + Bonuses + Annual Salary Increment
• Industry: Logistic/ Freight forwarding MNC

Job scope:

1. Perform daily quality checks, inspections (incoming, in-process, outgoing), and non-conformance handling using digital tools (Kizeo, ERP, SAP).
2. Review and verify QC reports to ensure accuracy and maintain documentation standards.
3. Manage and update quality records, work instructions, and training requirements.
4. Coordinate with operations, admin, logistics, and QC teams to ensure smooth workflows.
5. Undertake ad-hoc tasks and support QA/QC activities as assigned by supervisors or management.
