Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver successful project outcomes.

• Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards to meet project requirements
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations
• Prepare detailed site reports and project documentation to track progress and issues
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize delays

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulations essential for compliance and safety
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites
