As a Fusion Product Delivery Manager within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO), you will lead complex onboarding and rollout programs for the Fusion Data & AI platform across a portfolio of high-impact initiatives spanning data management/governance and AI/ML capabilities. You will translate strategic intent into executable onboarding plans, drive feature readiness and validation, and ensure fit-for-purpose production adoption through clear controls and accountable sign-offs. You will partner closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, product and engineering teams, and risk/governance partners—leveraging strong program management discipline, executive communication, and structured delivery practices to deliver outcomes at pace.
Job responsibilities
• Lead a portfolio of firmwide Fusion onboarding and adoption programs across multiple Lines of Business, ensuring consistent execution and measurable outcomes
• Establish and run the onboarding operating model, including intake, feature validation strategy, approval pathways, training readiness, and progression to compliant scaled adoption
• Manage end-to-end program execution (scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID, decisioning), maintaining delivery discipline and transparent governance
• Drive stakeholder alignment and business sign-offs, ensuring clear accountability for fit-for-purpose production usage and control adherence
• Partner with Product and Engineering to validate feature readiness and incorporate customer feedback and implementation learnings into adoption plans and roadmap inputs
• Coordinate across risk, controls, and governance stakeholders to ensure Fusion usage aligns with enterprise standards for lineage, data controls, and data governance (including regulatory-aligned frameworks such as BCBS where applicable)
• Produce executive-ready reporting and narratives (status, risks, decisions required, outcomes achieved) to enable timely prioritization and escalation
• Lead customer engagement end-to-end: discovery, onboarding planning, enablement/training coordination, readiness checkpoints, and adoption assurance
• Ensure customers can evidence required control points (documentation, approvals, operational readiness) appropriate to their business context and regulated environment needs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management, product delivery, or project leadership roles, delivering through influence in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong operating cadence and execution rigor (planning, governance, documentation, follow-through), with ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Working knowledge of data management and governance concepts (e.g., lineage, data controls, data quality, operating models) in regulated environments
• Practical familiarity with AI/ML delivery and adoption considerations, enabling credible partnership across both data and AI dimensions
• Executive communication skills and stakeholder management experience, including confident engagement with senior business and technology leaders
• Comfort with technical materials (e.g., data flows, APIs, technical documentation) and ability to translate into business-relevant decisions and operating steps
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Master’s degree or MBA a plus
• Experience in a centralized data/analytics function (e.g., CDAO) and/or enterprise platform rollouts across multiple Lines of Business
• Familiarity with BCBS (or similar) expectations for data controls and governance, and experience institutionalizing onboarding/adoption playbooks at scale
