coordinating the moving parts of a complex program and connecting people, decisions,

and outcomes? As part of Apple's IS\u0026T Services Technology Program, you and your

team are responsible for delivering the internal orchestration layer that powers Apple's

Services businesses — including the App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple News,

Apple Arcade and more. We build durable, cross-Services capabilities across data and

AI/ML, asset management, talent and IP, and content engineering — enabling the

organizations that run Apple's fastest-growing revenue segment to operate with greater

speed, leverage, and governance.

As a Services Technology Strategic Programs Coordinator, you will be the operational

backbone of a globally distributed program that spans multiple value streams, client

organizations, and delivery teams. You will report to the Head of Strategy \u0026 Operations

and partner closely with program leaders, product owners, vendor account

representatives, and cross-functional partners across finance, procurement, HR, and

facilities. With your attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and bias toward action,

you will improve the effectiveness of our programatic operations — resulting in a team

that moves faster, communicates clearer and delivers more value to our clients across

Services.

Description

bringing energy, creativity, and initiative to how our program connects, communicates,

and celebrates progress. Your responsibilities will include:

Championing Team Culture \u0026 Engagement: This is where you'll leave your mark. You'll

keep the pulse of team morale and engagement through formal and informal methods—

bringing creativity, initiative, and care to how we celebrate milestones, welcome new

members, and build connection across a distributed team. From owning the product

that powers the execution of our communications strategy to designing thoughtful

onboarding experiences and orchestrating team events that people actually look

forward to— you'll help make Services Technology a place where people feel valued and

energized.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in a technical feield or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in project management.
  • 2+ years experience with KPI’s and developing dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A genuine curiosity and drive to improve operational coordination and establish a
  • program rhythm for consistent execution.
  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to.
  • Manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
  • Experience with procurement and vendor management processes (e.g., PR/POs, Invoicing, SoW coordination) Experience supporting executive-level meetings, communications, or program governance activities.
  • Experience preparing briefing materials, executive-ready communications, and status reporting for senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, Apple Mail, and other office systems and

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships cross-functionally across engineering, product,
  • finance, and client organizations.
  • Ability to influence others, handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward, and when to apply common sense.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a multifaceted environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
