Position Responsibilities:
Receive and ingest content from Amazon Prime partner studios and networks, maintain it through the publishing process, and ensure it makes it way to the site on-time and in pristine condition in the format and offers necessary to support our rapidly expanding service. Analyze customer behavior data using SQL, Python and/or other business intelligence tools. Automate and scale program to improve customer stickiness through statistical and machine-learning based prediction of defects from unstated feedback. Develop internal products or tools that integrate and visualize program-derived data, serving as a decision-making instrument for stakeholder teams. Deep dive and forecast operational requirement across Prime Video teams on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Improve operational efficiency by continuously refining operation processes, and influencing product, analytics or engineering teams to automate. Establish goals, plans and related metrics, track progress, and operate through obstacles to achieve program objectives. Create reporting and dashboards for critical metrics to illustrate progress against goals to support team activities and report to management on weekly/monthly basis. Work cross functionally with the content acquisition, product management, engineering, merchandising, operations and program teams to document and define initiatives and drive them through execution. Drive innovation to gain customer insights and identify gaps in the digital supply chain to propose improvement strategies to influence upstream processes.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $90,917/year to $140,500/year.
