In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to help us refine and optimize the psychiatry content on the AMBOSS platform. You will:
Provide structured, clear, clinically relevant feedback on ~90 articles
Flag inaccuracies, outdated information, and missing high-risk content (without having to rewrite content yourself).
Optional: Lead 1–2 brief educational sessions focusing on clinical decision-making in your clinical practice.
You bring:
Required
Medical degree (MD/DO) with completed US psychiatry training (ABPN certification required)
Current or recent clinical practice in psychiatry in the US (within the last 2 years)
Strong understanding of:
Diagnostic reasoning
Psychopharmacology
Somatic therapies (e.g., ECT, TMS, ketamine)
Strong understanding of US clinical guidelines and evidence-based practice
Ability to efficiently collaborate asynchronously with fast turnaround
Ability to distinguish between board-relevant or clinically useful content and non-essential, nice-to-know details
Bonus
Experience with:
Medical education or teaching (especially teaching residents)
Clinical decision support tools (e.g., AMBOSS, UpToDate)
You enjoy:
Flexible, asynchronous work: Contribute your expertise on your own schedule.
Direct impact: Knowing your feedback immediately improves the safety and quality of a major clinical tool
Clinical education: Sharing your specialty knowledge to help non-specialists understand the nuances of psychiatric care
Compensation Range: $75 - $120 depending on experience level
