Define and execute country-level and product-level regulatory research methodology across all target markets. Establish and maintain a regulatory intelligence database with intake workflows, data quality standards, and refresh cadences that embed intelligence into hardware program decision-making.
Design engagement protocols and stakeholder maps for managing government regulatory contacts and agency relationships across all operating jurisdictions. Build and operate the process for monitoring regulatory changes; develop impact assessment frameworks quantifying risk to market access and program timelines.
Design and enforce documentation and records retention controls satisfying post-deployment audit requirements. Execute ongoing compliance audits and post-shipment surveillance obligations; develop audit checklists, sampling methodologies, and reporting templates ensuring consistent execution across markets.
Leverage compliance data and regulatory intelligence to identify emerging risks, maintain readiness dashboards, and present risk insights supporting leadership decision-making.
