Manufacturing Engineer (Electronics)

• Involvement in DFM, DFA and DFT reviews.
• Develop end-to-end production methods, process flow, work instructions, and tooling, fixture requirements.
• Point of contact with the Engineering team to ensure BOM accuracy and working/coordinating ECN
• Lead and analyze Pilot runs & Prototype Build to validate that both the product and the process meet technical requirements before full launch.
• Perform Process PFMEA to identify and mitigate potential production risks.
• Technical liaison between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure component readiness, quality, and material flow.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency through analysis and planning of workflow, space requirements, plant, and equipment layout.
• Design and implementation of fixtures for assembly operations
• Implement ways to measure productivity and formulate process improvements plans.
• Identify and implement lean manufacturing opportunities.
• Support large capital project initiatives.
• Develop and implement automation solutions.
• Develop and document operational procedures compliant with ISO 9001-2015
• Work with global initiatives

Requirement

• At least a Bachelor's degree in engineering Industrial or Mechanical engineering or related fields.
• Prior 5+ years of experience within manufacturing engineering with assembly and machining processes.
• At least with Six Sigma Green Belt certified
