Job Description
Driving the next generation of wealth.
Digital assets are redefining how wealth is created, used, and transferred. Since 2018 at Nexo, we have been building the future model of financial wealth - dynamic, accessible, and designed for a new generation of forward-thinking investors.
But technology alone doesn’t drive progress. People do.
We are a team of builders, strategists, analysts, creatives, and operators united by a shared mindset: advancement. We move fast, think long term, and take ownership. We challenge ideas, not people. We value clarity over noise and impact over optics.
What makes Nexo different?
We shape industry trends. We rethink how wealth works and build solutions that reflect that belief.
That requires a certain kind of person.
You will thrive here when you think independently and act decisively, take ownership without waiting for permission, and care deeply about quality, long-term value, and disciplined execution. The people who succeed at Nexo bring analytical depth, sound judgment, and resilience - but also curiosity and the drive to keep improving.
This is an environment for people who want to lead, create, and elevate what already exists. If building what’s next excites you, you’ll feel at home at Nexo.

Your role:
- Design end-to-end product experiences that solve complex user problems across our wealth management platform.
- Own complete user flows from problem definition through research, design, testing, and post-launch iteration.
- Build and evolve product design systems that scale across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with product owners and engineering to define features, validate assumptions, and ship quality experiences.
- Use data, analytics, and user research to inform design decisions and measure impact.
- Actively build and optimize design workflows using AI tools - prototyping automation, design system maintenance, content generation, and rapid iteration.
- Contribute to defining how AI augments our design practice: what we automate, what we accelerate, and where we focus human craft.
- Monitor and act on product evolution opportunities.
- Inspire teams at all levels and participate actively in design culture.
What makes you stand out:
- 6+ years in product design with a strong portfolio showing shipped products and measurable impact.
- Expert in Figma with deep knowledge of components, variants, auto-layout, and design system architecture.
- Strong foundation in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows for complex applications.
- You actually use AI tools in your daily workflow - whether Figma plugins, Claude/ChatGPT for workflow automation, Midjourney/others for concept work, or custom scripts. You can demonstrate specific examples.
- Comfortable with prototyping tools (Figma prototyping, Principle, ProtoPie) and basic technical literacy (understanding of HTML/CSS/JS constraints).
- Excellent communicator who can articulate design rationale, facilitate workshops, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments - ships iteratively, prioritizes ruthlessly, and maintains attention to detail under pressure.
- Experience with fintech, crypto, or complex B2C products where trust and clarity are critical.
- Bonus: Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or front-end implementation.
- Bonus: You've built custom design workflows, automation scripts, or tools that improve team productivity.
