Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, commercially driven, and highly motivated individual to join us as a Commercial Partnerships & Strategic Growth Manager.
This role serves as a key external representative of the company, driving strategic collaborations, commercial partnerships, public relations opportunities, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys building meaningful relationships, exploring new opportunities, generating business ideas, and positioning the company strategically within the industry and community ecosystem.
You will work closely with management to develop partnerships, initiate collaborations, strengthen brand presence, and unlock new growth opportunities. This role is best suited for someone who is confident, resourceful, entrepreneurial, highly networked, and excited to grow together with the company in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key commercial representative of the company, building strong relationships with external stakeholders, partners, associations, and business communities.
Drive strategic business growth initiatives through partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships, and commercial alliances.
Identify, conceptualise, and develop new business opportunities, market expansion ideas, and revenue-generating initiatives.
Build and maintain a strong business network to increase the company’s visibility, influence, and commercial opportunities.
Lead partnership discussions, negotiations, and stakeholder engagements to establish long-term strategic relationships.
Represent the company at networking events, seminars, conferences, business forums, and industry engagements.
Work directly with senior management to develop growth strategies, market positioning initiatives, and business expansion plans.
Initiate and manage corporate branding, public relations, CSR, and community engagement opportunities to strengthen the company’s public presence and reputation.
Develop commercial proposals, partnership decks, collaboration concepts, and strategic presentations for external stakeholders.
Identify emerging market trends, ecosystem opportunities, and potential industries for strategic expansion.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration internally to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and partnerships.
Actively source and initiate opportunities that can contribute to long-term business sustainability, brand positioning, and commercial growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, public relations, commercial growth, or stakeholder engagement.
Strong networking, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Commercially driven with strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Ability to conceptualise business ideas and convert them into actionable opportunities.
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, business owners, associations, and external partners.
Prior exposure to partnerships, Public Relations, media, events, or ecosystem development will be advantageous.
