Inside CoinDCX’s Security Team

Our Security team is responsible for safeguarding CoinDCX’s digital assets, systems, and data from potential threats. We work across applications, infrastructure, and operational security to proactively identify risks, implement strong security controls, and ensure compliance with industry standards. What You’ll Do:

• Plan, research, and design security tools and services for CoinDCX enterprise systems and networks.
• Contribute to the enterprise security roadmap by evaluating business strategies and requirements.
• Performs security design and architecture reviews for existing and future implementations of enterprise security tools on DLP, MDM, XDR, Endpoint, Network and Perimeter protection on cloud.
• Proactively drive the security requirements phase for IT collaboration and productivity tools.
• Review current enterprise products and systems' security measures and publish the gaps with improvements.
• Audit Review of enterprise systems and their threat landscape to ensure ongoing security and publish gaps with recommended security controls.
• Cross colloborate with other functions to develop and implement cyber security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for enterprise systems and networks.
• Define and maintain security baselines for all corporate assets and collaboration platforms.
• Verify that security requirements defined in security plans, risk assessments, and policies are followed and protection measures are functioning as intended.
• Support, including coaching and mentoring, the team with their various responsibilities, including achieving and maintaining mandatory.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You have:

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security and supporting technologies.
• 2+ years of specialized experience in designing and implementing cloud and enterprise security solutions.
• Strong foundational knowledge of global security standards and frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001/2, CSA, and CIS.
• Preferred certifications, such as CEH, CISSP, CCSK / CCSP.
• Deep technical proficiency in enterprise security systems , including Identity Management, Data Security, SASE, WAF, Network Firewalls, Email systems and API Gateways.
• Proven track record in architecting security solutions with a focus on IAM, infrastructure hardening, data protection, and robust security governance.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise-grade security platforms such as Prisma GlobalProtect, JumpCloud, Mailing systems and various MDM solutions.
• Strategize and drive implementation of defence in depth model and zero trust policies.
• Solid grasp of "Security by Design" principles and high-level architectural security concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and upskilling members of the security team.
• Extensive experience conducting security analysis, audits, and configuration reviews of enterprise collaboration and productivity suites.
• Thorough knowledge of the current threat landscape and advanced techniques used to exploit enterprise-level vulnerabilities.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex security risks and concepts to both technical engineers and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable and capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive security initiatives.
