Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

• Build and integrate AI-powered solutions, including Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, semantic search capabilities, and vector databases.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services to support business-critical applications.

• Establish AI governance and guardrails, including evaluation frameworks, observability, monitoring, data governance, security, and compliance best practices.

• Guide teams through the AI development lifecycle, from experimentation and proof-of-concept (POC) to production-ready deployment.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, and recommend suitable solutions for business and public sector use cases.

• Champion engineering best practices, including clean code, pair programming, code reviews, refactoring, testing, and CI/CD methodologies.

• Lead DevOps initiatives by implementing and improving build automation, release management, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment pipelines.

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across cloud environments and production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack software development using Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with LLM integrations, RAG architectures, semantic search, vector databases, and AI application development.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), SQL and NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Proven experience in Agile development environments with strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
