Operations Director / Product Manager (Property Technology)

About the Role

The Operations Director / Product Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and growth of the Group's PropTech platform, driving digital transformation initiatives within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development. 
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle. 
• Work closely with technology, design, and business teams. 
• Drive user acquisition and product adoption. 
• Analyse user behaviour and product performance metrics. 
• Manage SaaS platform operations and optimisation. 
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies into products and workflows. 
• Develop scalable operational processes and systems. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines. 
• Minimum 5 years of SaaS, technology, product management, or startup experience. 
• Experience with product development methodologies. 
• Understanding of AI, digital platforms, and emerging technologies. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Experience in PropTech, real estate technology, or related sectors preferred.
