Product Manager – Digital Banking & Platform
Bermuda Commercial Bank (BCB) is undergoing a major digital transformation. We are rebuilding core client experiences, automating compliance workflows, expanding our virtual account and payments capabilities, and modernising internal tooling across the bank.
We are looking for ambitious Product Managers who want real ownership, real responsibility, and direct exposure to building digital banking products inside a regulated institution.
This is not a maintenance role. You will help build the next generation of BCB’s digital platform.

You’ll contribute across a portfolio that includes:
- Digital Banking Portals (retail and corporate)
- Client onboarding and periodic KYC journeys
- Payments and virtual account solutions
- Partner integrations (accounting systems, fintech platforms)
- Internal operational and compliance tooling
You’ll work closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and leadership to ship improvements continuously.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Turning ideas and business requirements into clear product specifications
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Supporting engineers with context and decision-making
- Analysing product performance and identifying improvements
- Balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory requirements
- Using AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, prototyping, and workflow design
You will be expected to think independently and take ownership of outcomes.
Who This Role Is For

- 2–5 years into their product or fintech career

- Comfortable working with APIs, data, and technical teams
- Structured thinkers who can break complex problems into clear steps
- Confident communicators who can work across engineering, compliance, and operations
- Excited to learn about regulated environments and financial workflows
- Proactive users of AI tooling to improve speed and quality of output
You do not need to have worked in a bank before — but you must be willing to learn quickly.
Helpful (But Not Required)
- Experience in fintech, payments, wealth tech, or SaaS platforms
- Exposure to core banking systems (e.g. Temenos T24)
- Experience launching customer-facing portals or internal tools
- SQL or basic technical prototyping skills
