QS engineer

Responsibilities:

· Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules

· Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project

· Coordinate goods delivery with suppliers and store as required

· Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and

client requirement to obtain material dimension, design & specification from

site & vendors.

· Coordinate instructions & monitor with sales team, production, and Clients for

job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work,

problem solving, handover completed project with project documents, etc…

· Prepare bill of quantity for job order in a cost-effective manner.

· Responsible in the overall quantity take off resources.

(eg. Material, man hours)

· Analysis and preparation of cost plan & estimate for tender and job order

· Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practices

and changes

· Attend to customer enquiry and conduct survey site condition, cost and

method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary.

· Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according

to job order and drawing

· Plan & implement effective, efficient production and safe practices.

· Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and

monitor schedule

· Prepare monthly project report to the Project Manager / Customers

· Ensure workplace is well-maintained, tidy & safe.
