✦ KEY DUTIES

• Build, maintain, and refresh sales reports, dashboards, and performance datasets
• Identify trends and surface actionable insights to guide sales priorities
• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation programmes
• Develop and manage sales enablement materials and market development initiatives
• Guide and align the marketing team toward measurable growth targets
• Proactively propose ideas for sales performance improvement based on data findings

✦ REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• 3 – 6 years of professional marketing experience (B2B preferred)
• Proven track record in data-driven marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or Tableau (report and dashboard building)
• Experience with Power Automate is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership potential: able to set direction and drive execution
• Meticulous, thorough, and committed to double-checking completed work
• Proactive, curious, and purpose-driven
• High service standards: anticipates needs and acts with urgency
