The Role
Strategically engineer the CEO’s calendar to balance deep work with essential external engagement and ensure the CEO’s time is spent on the highest-impact priorities for the company
Flawlessly coordinate many moving parts, turning chaos into calm using sound judgment, and flexibility in balancing competing priorities
Communicate clearly with internal and external leadership teams, including learning the CEO’s voice to write and edit e-mails, and prepare communications on the executive’s behalf
Ensure Pryzm’s CEO is prepared for meetings by providing preview materials and context needed in advance
Navigate confidential communications with discretion and professionalism
Establish administrative systems and processes to increase efficiency
Execute on key logistical and operational tasks, including hosting guests in the office, internal events, and occasional external gatherings hosted by the CEO
Qualifications
A minimum of +2 years of administrative experience supporting senior level executives in a corporate environment
Strong organizational and time management skills. Proven experience in multi-tasking and working with multiple people and priorities, while delivering on high quality results and follow through
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to take initiative, be proactive and build strong, productive relationships
Attention to detail with every task, no matter how small
Resourceful self-starter that is curious, asks questions and can make logical, anticipatory decisions in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Professional, dependable and willing to tackle a myriad of projects
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
