Are you our new (Part-time) Finance & Office Assistant in Lisbon?
Dapper is looking for a Part-time (20-30 hours) Finance & Office Assistant with a pioneering spirit, someone structured, proactive, and ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide.
As our Finance & Office Assistant in Lisbon, Portugal you play a key role in keeping our financial operations sharp and reliable and our office running smoothly. You combine operational excellence with financial accuracy, ensuring the team can focus on delivering outstanding work for our clients.

This job is for you if you
Are currently studying or recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Are genuinely interested in finance and accounting and want to develop yourself in this field.
You are based in Portugal.
Communicate clearly in English (Portuguese is a plus).
Have max 0–2 years of experience (experience is a plus, not a requirement).
Are highly organized and detail oriented.
Take ownership and enjoy being responsible for your work.
Are proactive and hands-on, not afraid to ask questions.
Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
Are eager to learn — we will teach you everything you need to succeed.
Can balance multiple priorities across finance and office operations while aligning closely with the Finance Lead, COO, and the Lisbon team.
Stay calm and solution-focused when priorities shift or unexpected issues arise.
What you’ll do
(80–90% Finance)
Support day-to-day finance operations: invoicing, expense processing, and financial administration.
Monitor the finance mailbox and ensure timely follow-ups.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Support monthly financial processes and documentation.
Work closely with the Finance Lead and COO.
Office Support (10–20%)
Coordinate office logistics in Lisbon (suppliers, purchases, general office needs).
Support onboarding of new team members in Portugal.
Act as the go-to person for office-related matters.
