About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Copywriting (CLM) who can serve as the owner of lifecycle communication strategy and quality across CoinDCX. Someone who thrives at the intersection of clarity, scale, and business impact.
This isn’t a copywriting role. It’s a systems and growth leverage role, responsible for ensuring lifecycle communication drives activation, retention, and LTV as the platform, user base, and product complexity scale.
You will work closely with Growth, Product, Design, and Analytics leaders to define lifecycle narratives, anchor experimentation, and ensure CLM messaging operates as a predictable growth engine — not reactive output.
What You’ll Do
1. Own lifecycle messaging systems
- Define and scale messaging frameworks across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back
- Channels you’ll be driving growth on: Performance, email, push notifications & in-app journeys
- Ensure clarity, trust, and consistency across all lifecycle touchpoints as products and cohorts scale
2. Drive business impact through CLM
- Own messaging impact on activation rate, lifecycle CTR, and D30/D90 retention
- Translate growth and product OKRs into clear lifecycle communication strategies
- Find the sweet spot in messaging that integrates the brand voice with performance & high engagement channel practices
3. Anchor experimentation & learning
- Partner with Growth and Analytics to drive structured A/B testing and insight-led iteration
- Improve learning velocity by ensuring clean hypotheses and high-signal copy variants
4. Fluent with AI Tool Stack ( non-negotiable ) - Claude,
Must have engaged with CLM tools for insight mining - Moengage, Mixpanel, Clevertap, Hubspot, etc
4. Set the quality bar
- Act as the final bar-raiser for lifecycle copy across channels
- Have our brand voice integrated with high engagement, high performing copy
- Build reusable copy systems that balance speed, scale, and excellence
5. Influence cross-functionally
- Be the lifecycle voice in product launches, feature rollouts, and GTM planning
- Push back when needed to protect clarity, trust, and long-term customer value
You’ll Excel in This Role If You
- Think in journeys, systems, and metrics, not individual messages
- Are obsessive about clarity and customer understanding in complex financial contexts
- Can balance creative judgment with data-led decision-making
- Operate with ownership and accountability for outcomes, not outputs
- Are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Have experience scaling lifecycle communication in fintech or regulated consumer products
