Senior Manager - Graphic Designer (CLM)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Graphic Designer who can own visual lifecycle systems at scale. Someone who understands that in fintech, clarity, hierarchy, and trust are growth levers.

This isn’t a visual execution role. It’s a design systems and performance role, responsible for ensuring lifecycle communication drives action, confidence, and retention as customer journeys grow in complexity.

You will work closely with Growth, Product, Brand, and Analytics leaders to ensure lifecycle design is intentional, scalable, and measurably effective.

What You’ll Do

1. Own lifecycle design systems

• Define and scale CLM design frameworks across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
• Channels you’ll be driving growth on: Performance, email, push notifications & in-app journeys
• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and clarity across lifecycle channels

2. Drive performance through design

• Own design impact on engagement, CTR, and downstream conversion
• Translate growth OKRs into clear visual strategies for high-intent moments
• Integrate brand personality with best practices in high performing design

3. Enable experimentation at scale

• Build modular, test-ready design systems that enable rapid A/B testing
• Improve learning velocity through clean, comparable visual variants

4. Fluent with AI Tool Stack (non negotiable) - Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite

Good to have engaged with CLM tools ( not compulsory ) - Clevertap, Hubspot, Moengage, etc

4. Set the craft and quality bar

• Be the final gatekeeper for lifecycle visual quality
• Balance speed and scale without compromising clarity or brand trust

5. Influence cross-functionally

• Partner deeply with Performance marketing, CLM teams, Product Managers, and Brand teams
• Advocate for user clarity and trust in high-stakes financial journeys

• Think in systems, flows, and user intent, not isolated creatives
• Obsess over hierarchy, usability, and clarity in complex products
• Can connect design decisions to metrics and business outcomes
• Are comfortable influencing roadmap and strategy through design
• Take deep ownership of quality, consistency, and scalability
• Have experience designing for fintech or regulated consumer products
