Responsibilities:
- Due diligence and fund monitoring in On-chain Projects.
- Basic Product Operations: Manage wallet protocol launches and decommissions, perform daily product maintenance, and conduct acceptance testing for new products.
- Booster Earn Product Operations: Collaborate with project teams to build campaign products that meet Web3 Wallet Earn requirements; skilled in setting standards, defining requirements, and tracking progress.
- On-chain Product Research: Continuously explore new on-chain earning opportunities and propose product solutions to integrate them into the wallet Earn product ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Must have deep involvement in on-chain DeFi earning projects, with a strong understanding of on-chain product mechanisms, and be capable of conducting in-depth research and audits of on-chain projects.
- Should possess both product thinking and an operational mindset, with the ability to drive improvements in user experience.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience as on-chain DeFi product managers.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
