PRECAST PRODUCTION ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience as a production engineer in the filed of precast LTA projects.
3. Well-versed with AutoCAD
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work well in a team

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Planning and coordination - developing production schedules, ensuring effective utilization of resources, and coordinating with other departments involved in tunnel construction projects.

2. Quality control - to ensure that tunnel segments meet the required specifications and standards. This includes conducting inspections, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining documentation.

3. Production management - manage day-to-day operations of the segment production process, including supervising workers, monitoring productivity, and optimizing production outputs for meeting project timelines.

4. Health and safety compliance - Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

5. Equipment maintenance - coordinating maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment used for segment production, in order to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

6. Budgeting and cost control - budget preparation and monitoring production costs.

7. Team management - supervising and coordinating the work of the production team to ensure the team's effectiveness.

8. Collaboration and coordination with main contractors and sub contractors - collaborate closely to ensure that segment production aligns with the overall project timeline and requirements.

9. Resource management -managing resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure that the necessary resources are available and properly utilized to meet production targets.
