Senior Engineer
Job Description
Reporting to Head of IT Security and Infrastructure, this role will be responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and efficient end-user services across the organization. This role will be based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
· Provide advanced (L2/L3) support for end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
· Ensure high service availability and performance for end-user computing services
· Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services for APAC regional consumption
· Support enterprise collaboration and video conferencing solutions (e.g. Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly devices)
· Ensure endpoint patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with corporate security standards
· Support identity and access management controls (Entra ID, Conditional Access)
· Ensure the managed IT environment is fulfilling compliance/security requirement
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides
· Support workplace transformation initiatives, including digital experience and AI-driven solutions
· Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and support security hygiene activities
· Assist in Vendor, Contract and License Management
· Providing support on IT Procurement
· Act as a trusted technical advisor on end-user technologies and productivity solutions
The successful candidate:
· BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
· 8 years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or IT Support roles
· Strong hands-on experience with:
· Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
· Microsoft Intune / Endpoint management platforms
· Entra ID (Azure AD) and device identity management
· Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and enterprise end-user environments
· Sound knowledge in endpoint security solution such as EDR, patch management, asset management tool
· Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell or similar)
· Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management processes
· Experience in regional or multi-site IT environments
· Exposure to digital workplace technologies such as Microsoft Copilot or AI-driven tools
· Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
· Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
· Customer-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure
· Must be strong on written and verbal communication skills in English
· Technical certification with ITIL, PMP, MSITP, CCNA is strongly preferred
· Candidate with AI technology adoption experience for End User Computing is highly desirable
