Job Description
Production Management and Control
Manage Kogo Seisan System (Policy, Set-Up, Implementation, Maintenance, Review & Revision)
Coordinate and oversee the section’s production plan
Monitor facility utilization and prepare a monthly machine utilization report
Track and report overtime levels
Develop and enforce stock policies for materials, parts, and products
Monitor stock levels and manage slow-moving or dead stock with a monthly stock report
Handle inventory-related issues
Manage common resources such as space, pallets, and consumables
Cost Management and Control
Manage all types of costing
Manage production transfer and part localization projects
Manage inventory value, including standard cost and stock valuation
Compile management reports, including production reports and end-user reports
Participate in budget exercises
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations and basic costing principles
Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
