Job Description

Job Responsibilities

IT Project Coordination and Administrative Support

  • Assist the IT Manager in daily IT and digital transformation work, including documentation, meeting minutes, data compilation, system records, and follow-up on assigned tasks.
  • Support the coordination of IT-related projects, including project planning, progress tracking, user communication, testing, implementation, and post-implementation follow-up.
  • Work with internal departments to collect user feedback and assist in improving system functions and workflows.

Enterprise System Support and Implementation

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of enterprise systems, such as ERP, OA, finance-related systems, project management platforms, and smart construction systems.
  • Assist in preparing user requirement documents, system testing records, user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal users, vendors, and technical teams to support system delivery and issue resolution.

Business Requirement Analysis and Process Improvement

  • Assist in reviewing business processes and identifying opportunities for digital improvement.
  • Communicate with departments such as finance, procurement, project management, commercial, and operations teams to understand business needs.
  • Translate basic business requirements into clear system requests, workflow descriptions, or functional specifications for further development.

Data Analysis and Digital Tools Support

  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting to support management decision-making.
  • Support the use of digital tools for process automation, document processing, reporting, and operational efficiency improvement.
  • Participate in the exploration and application of AI-related tools, such as OCR, document recognition, data analysis, and basic automation solutions.

System Integration and Technical Support

  • Support system interface testing, data checking, technical documentation, and coordination with vendors or developers.
  • Assist in maintaining standard IT working procedures, system operation records, and issue logs.
  • Provide basic user support and troubleshooting for assigned systems and digital tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship, academic project, or system implementation experience may be considered.
  • Prior internship or project experience in IT systems, enterprise applications, data analysis, AI applications, automation, or digital transformation will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of software development, database concepts, system testing, API/interface concepts, or enterprise system workflows.
  • Knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, Spring Boot, MyBatis, or other common development tools/frameworks will be an advantage.
  • Exposure to AI-related applications, such as OCR, NLP, machine learning, data modelling, recommendation systems, or intelligent analytics, will be an advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work with both business users and technical teams.
