Senior Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

📍 Work Location: Kaki Bukit & Customer Sites | Near Kaki Bukit MRT

🕘 Work Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (ad-hoc shift work and irregular hours when needed)

💰 Salary: Up to SGD 5,000/month (performance bonus subject to company policy)

Job Description

• Support semiconductor equipment at customer sites with process and application expertise
• Conduct tool acceptance and qualification procedures at customer locations
• Analyze process and technical data to optimize equipment performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for customers and internal teams
• Install, set up and modify semiconductor equipment systems
• Edit recipes and perform process optimization projects
• Attend weekly meetings and present in monthly business reviews
• Work as liaison between customers and internal teams to meet requirements
• Handle yield enhancement and productivity improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Microelectronics Engineering
• Experience with semiconductor equipment and wet processing preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for technical equipment
• Willing to travel occasionally and work irregular hours when required
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
