Sales Engineer (Industrial Valves) $3.2K - $4.5K + Allowance $1K + AWS + 2 months VB / Own Car

Key Duties

• Handle customer and distributor enquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Prepare and issue quotations in response to customer requests
• Process sales orders and monitor order status from placement through to delivery
• Liaise with the factory to follow up on production and shipment schedules
• Conduct customer visits to maintain and grow account relationships
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, or GCE A-Level with relevant sales experience preferred
• 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or engineering-related experience — fresh candidates welcome
• PC literate with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
