About the Role: A 360° Web3 Experience

  This isn't your average internship. Over the course of the program, you will have a chance to rotate through five critical departments (depends on qualifications), giving you an unparalleled overview of how a market-leading fintech operates. You will work on real projects, contribute to our growth, and be mentored by industry experts.

Rotation 1: User Growth Team

• Focus:Learn the engines of business growth.
• What You'll Do:Assist in analyzing user acquisition channels, conduct A/B testing on campaigns, and use fundamental data analytics to derive insights that drive strategic decisions. Learn how to measure what matters.

Rotation 2: User Operations Team

• Focus:Deep dive into user needs and global support.
• What You'll Do:Conduct user-based research and contribute to localization strategies for new markets. Utilize your language skills to support our diverse global user base and help enhance the user experience.

Rotation 3: Marketing Team

• Focus:Experience the pulse of Web3 marketing.
• What You'll Do:Get a taste of our fast-paced environment by assisting in product launch campaigns, content creation for social media, and promotional activities. See firsthand how we build brand love in the Web3 space.

Rotation 4: IT and Security Team

• Focus:Build and secure enterprise-level applications.
• What You'll Do:Work alongside our engineers on development projects, learn about cybersecurity best practices in fintech, and understand the architecture that powers a secure payment platform.

Rotation 5: Risk Control & P2P Team

• Focus:Safeguard the platform and ensure compliance.
• What You'll Do:Learn about the legal and compliance frameworks governing fintech. Assist in monitoring transactions, analyzing peer-to-peer (P2P) market trends, and contributing to our risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Current students in their Year 2 to Year 4 or recent graduates from any discipline.
• A keen interest in Fintech, Web3, cryptocurrency, and the future of payments.
• Proactive, fast learner with a "can-do" attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
