Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and crypto-savvy Social Media Manager to develop, execute, and optimize our social media strategy across platforms like Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in the crypto/blockchain space, understands industry trends, and can craft engaging content that drives brand awareness, community growth, and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a social media content calendar tailored to the crypto audience, including educational threads, breaking news, memes, infographics, videos, and live AMAs.
- Community Engagement: Foster discussions, respond to comments, and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the crypto space.
- Platform Management: Optimize presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, and emerging platforms (e.g., Farcaster, Lens) with platform-specific strategies.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of crypto trends, viral topics, and memes to keep content relevant and engaging.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (engagement, growth, conversions) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborations: Work with influencers, partners, and internal teams (product, dev, marketing) to align messaging.
- Crisis Management: Monitor and mitigate risks related to FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt), scams, or misinformation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in social media management, preferably in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or Web3.
- Content Skills: Strong copywriting, meme creation, video scripting, and visual storytelling abilities.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics (Google Analytics, Twitter Insights), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing crypto environment.
