Job Description

Responsible for the preparation of monthly utilities and plant related reports to be submitted to Finance and Corporate Office (Singapore)
Responsible to ensure that all building related systems’ operations maintenance are carried out based on schedule and proper records are kept and follow up in a routinely manner
To analyze log sheets and if necessary prepare design, analysis, recommend, and implement project based on the operation requirements
To ensure the housekeeping of plant room, recommend necessary upgrading and supervise repair works from time to time
To guide, train and supervise team and ensure proper maintenance are carried out to ensure economic and safety operation of equipment
Project management including co-ordinating with M&E consultants, Architects, QSs and Project Managers to ensure that project is well executed to hotel requirement
Lead team to support the day to day operational needs of the Hotels
Manage and oversees properties as assigned in the role of clustering to ensure properties in-charge are well taken care of
