2. Able to front users in gathering requirements, planning and exeuction

3. interest in learning and furthering agency and Gov interests in S&T, esp in sensors, autonomous equipment and Video analytics

4. Keen learner, and open to experiment beyond traditional technologies

5. Affinity with AI, coding and linking sensors to clouds and models will be an advantage.
