Software Developer (VB.NET & ASP.NET)

This is a 12-month agency contract role (extendable /renewable) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ·      Analyse and enhance existing ASP.NET and VB.NET applications ·      Perform source code modification and functional improvement ·      Maintain and update ASP.NET AJAX-based UI components ·      Develop and modify SQL Stored Procedures ·      Troubleshoot and resolve application issues (bugs, performance tuning) ·      Ensure code quality and consistency with existing standards ·      Support testing, deployment, and production issues JOB REQUIREMENTS ·      Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity / IT / Computer Science ·      Atleast 5 years’ experience Development ·      Atleast 2 years hands-on experience with ASP.NET and VB.NET ·      Target versions: .NET Framework 4.5.1 / 4.6.1 ·      Experience in application enhancement and source code modification ·      Experience with ASP.NET AJAX Control Toolkit (v4.1.7or similar) is good to have ·      Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Stored Procedures ·      Experience in analyzing, modifying, and debugging existing applications in Banking industry ·      Understanding of web application architecture (client-server / HTTP) Interested candidates who wish to apply for the above positions, please click "Apply now".
