IT Infrastructure Specialist (Project Delivery)
Job Description
We are looking for a IT Infrastructure Specialist (Project Delivery) to work on a enterprise project.
This role requires someone who has experience in infrastructure project delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Support project execution by ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables and successful completion of milestones
Configure, install, and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and related hardware and software components
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and external parties for implementation activities and issue resolution
Prepare for and participate in System Acceptance Tests (SAT), including security testing, with customers and external vendors
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and system faults
Develop, maintain, and update technical, operational, and configuration documentation
Create and explain network topologies, system architecture diagrams, and technical schematics
Prepare and maintain standard documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), system handover documents, and inventory records
Provide technical support and incident response assistance to the maintenance and support team
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Working experience in Virtualisation is an advantage
Willingness and capacity to learn new technologies and tools for the continuous improvement of systems and processes
Excellent verbal and communication skill
Self-motivated with the ability to drive deliverables
Experience working in government projects
Working location at the East region of Singapore.
This role requires individual to clear CAT 1 due to the nature of the project.
