Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across enterprise accounts.
Engaging CHROs and senior HR leaders to position Workvivo as a strategic partner.
Developing and executing territory plans that drive pipeline growth and account expansion.
Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipelinebmanagement.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on employee engagement, survey, or listening solutions.
Build trusted relationships with CHROs and senior HR decision-makers.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–9 months.
Communicate with clarity and confidence in executive-level presentations.
Apply consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Show equivalent practical experience in enterprise software or HR technology sales.
Bring experience selling SaaS solutions to organizations with 10,000+ employees.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$174,500.00Maximum:$389,400.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
