Responsibilities:
- Inspect and judge reticles following standard operating procedures (SOP) or training knowledge.
- Operate in the Fab and Photo area, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Successfully implement day and night shift rotations to support continuous production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Proactively acquire and apply relevant knowledge to maintain outstanding performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing magnificent results.
- Willingness to accept and adapt to day and night shift rotations.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
- Ability to strictly follow SOPs and training instructions to ensure world-class quality.
Education and Experience:
- Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience ; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing role, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrated capability to learn and apply new skills quickly and effectively.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment is desirable but not mandatory.
