Company Overview
Our client is a well‑established multinational technology company specializing in advanced inspection and testing solutions for the semiconductor industry. With a strong global presence and expanding operations in Singapore, the company supports leading semiconductor manufacturers through high‑precision equipment and technical expertise.
They are currently expanding their engineering team and seeking a Service Engineer to support a new customer site in Singapore.
Working Location: Changi and Tampines, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM
Working Environment: Cleanroom
Start Date: ASAP (Includes 1 month training in Japan in July)
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers, both on‑site and remotely
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of equipment at customer sites
Install new testing machines and conduct software upgrades
Develop and maintain machine manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support customers in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and support operational needs
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines
Diploma holders with relevant experience or Degree holders without experience are welcome
At least 3 years of semiconductor industry experience is preferred
Experience in a customer support or field service environment
Knowledge of laser systems, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, or similar instruments
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Open to fresh graduates; training will be provided
