Compliance Operations Lead (Transaction Monitoring, Noon Shift)

Job ResponsibilitiesInvestigate the alert-triggered cases from transaction monitoring rulesPerform on-chain investigation with the use of Chainalysis/EllipticPrepare the Suspicious Transaction Reports when neededMaintain accurate and complete records of all investigations and findingsEnsure the quality, accuracy and timeliness of each investigation and task and achieve the productivity targetAble to handle volume spikes and prioritize work and projects to meet business demands in a timely mannerBe responsive to queries about the investigations and related risk mitigation measures raised by Business and Support UnitsJob RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in any discipline1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution (For Lead role, at least 5 years of experience)Candidates with more experience but open to work shift are also welcome.Strong attention to detail and research/investigative skillsA self-starter with passion for combating financial crimes and ensuring regulatory complianceAbility to interact effectively with Business Units, global colleagues and build effective working relationshipsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOpen to work on a roster basisProficient in both English and Mandarin is a mustProficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word ProcessingWillingly to work on morning shift (7am-4pm)
