If you are looking for cutting-edge work, opportunities to grow your career among industry experts, and believe in the potential of digital assets, Bitget is the place for you.What You’ll DoIdentify, onboard, and grow institutional clients trading via APIs, including exchanges, brokers, market makers, and HFT firms.Own end-to-end business development and partnership negotiations, driving mutually beneficial cooperation and long-term relationships.Drive key performance metrics such as new institutional client acquisition, API trading volume, and revenue growth.Work closely with institutional clients to understand trading strategies, infrastructure needs, and execution requirements.Provide ongoing business and coordination support for API clients, working with internal product and technical teams to resolve issues and improve client experience.Monitor API trading market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to support market strategy and product optimization.Contribute to team targets and regional growth objectives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.What You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree or above.3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or institutional coverage within crypto exchanges, financial institutions, trading firms, or fintech companies.Proven experience working with institutional or professional trading clients (e.g. HFTs, brokers, market makers, quant funds, or API-based traders).Solid understanding of crypto markets, API trading workflows, and institutional trading concepts; ability to communicate effectively with technical and trading teams.Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.Professional working proficiency in English; Japanese is a strong plus.
