What you'll do Be responsible for the core business testing work of the company;Collaborate with product managers and the R&D team to deliver high-quality products;Improve the mechanism for identifying quality issues during the R&D process and enhance testing efficiency, etc.What you'll need Proficient in leveraged trading and contract trading related businesses;Possess basic testing skills, including but not limited to:Requirements analysis, use case writing, case execution, bug submission, follow-up on issue fixes, and project progress advancement;Strong sense of responsibility, good at communication and expression, capable of collaborating with product and R&D teams to promote project implementation.Be capable of empowering the entire production and research team through the formulation of process standards or technical means.岗位职责负责公司核心业务测试工作；协同产品经理、研发团队交付高质量的产品；完善研发过程中质量问题的发现机制，提升测试效率等。任职要求熟练掌握杠杆交易以及合约交易相关业务；具备测试基本技能，包含但不限于：需求分析、用例编写、case执行、bug提交、问题修复跟进以及项目进度推进；责任心强，善于沟通表达，能够和产品以及研发一起协作推进项目落地；能够通过制定流程标准或技术手段给整个产研团队进行赋能。Why Bitget?
