Product Planning & DesignResponsible for Web3 wallet product planning and feature design, combining industry trends and user needs to develop the product iteration roadmap.Participate in the construction of wallet infrastructure (e.g., asset management, gas fee sponsorship, security and risk control) to improve system stability and scalability.Design and optimize core functions such as transfers, payments, DApp interactions, and risk detection, ensuring a balance between usability and security.2. Data & OptimizationResponsible for tracking and analyzing key business metrics of the wallet (e.g., deposit conversion, asset coverage).Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to drive decisions for future product direction.3. User Research & GrowthConduct in-depth research on target user groups (beginners, entry-level users, advanced users) to gain insights into their usage scenarios and pain points.4. Cross-Department CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, customer service, and operations to achieve product goals.What you'll need1. Educational BackgroundBachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, Financial Technology, or related fields.2. Experience Requirements3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in internet or blockchain-related fields; candidates with experience in wallets, exchanges, payments, or financial products are preferred.Familiar with Web3 products (blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, DApps, etc.), with a deep understanding of wallet products.3. Skills & AbilitiesSolid technical foundation, able to understand underlying blockchain logic (account model, private keys/mnemonics, transaction signatures, gas mechanism, etc.) and communicate effectively with development teams.Familiar with UX/UI principles, capable of delivering excellent user experiences.Strong data analysis skills, able to propose optimization solutions based on data.Excellent project management skills.4.
